In 2023-24, two program evaluations and reviews were completed.
These include:
- ANSC Program Review by ARTD Consultants
- Targeted Regional Initiatives in Suicide Prevention Evaluation by KPMG.
In addition to completed evaluations, there are also four program evaluations underway and four planned.

Antenatal Shared Care Program Evaluation
In 2023-24, Central and Eastern Sydney PHN appointed an external consultant to conduct a process evaluation of the GP ANSC program. The evaluation found a high degree of collaboration and stakeholder goodwill, resulting in a model of care that positively impacts individuals through personalised care and continuity of care throughout pregnancy. In 2024-25, Central and Eastern Sydney PHN will work with GP and LHD partners to consider the recommendations and make quality improvements to the program.
